Pesso-Boyden Psychotherapy
Pesso Boyden System Psychotherapy (PBSP) is a therapeutic method designed to help people heal emotional wounds from their past. It’s a body-mind therapy, meaning it engages both the physical and emotional aspects of healing. It’s based on the idea that everyone has basic emotional needs—like feeling safe, loved, and supported—that may not have been fully met when they were young. In PBSP, we support people work through these unmet needs by creating supportive, positive experiences in a safe, structured setting. Through guided exercises, clients can address past hurts fostering a sense of fulfilment, creating new patterns to support you, and enabling you to connect with others in healthy, meaningful ways.
Pesso Boyden System Psychotherapy (PBSP) is championed by Bessel van der Kolk, author of The Body Keeps the Score, who advocates for this method as a powerful approach to healing trauma.

How Does Coaching Differ from Counselling & Psychotherapy?
How Does Coaching Differ from Counselling & Psychotherapy?
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process aimed at helping you achieve specific goals, build skills, and realise your potential. While counselling and psychotherapy often delve into past experiences and address emotional or psychological challenges, coaching centres on future goals and personal or professional development. Therapy is typically about healing and understanding, whereas coaching emphasises action, growth, and goal achievement
